Core Principles

To Build Locally,
We Must Think Globally.

Vision Statement

To build a generation of globally trained, ethically grounded leaders from the Bolgatanga East constituency who will return with knowledge, innovation, and reform-driven solutions to transform the community and nation.

Mission Statement

The goal of the Program is simple: empower our brightest students to compete globally and return home to build locally.

"Rooted in the belief that knowledge is the foundation of reform, this Program invests in intellectual excellence, global exposure, and community responsibility."

Words from Hon. Ayine

Distinguished elders, students, parents, and fellow citizens,

When we built our constituency library, it was never just about bricks and books. It was about possibility. It was about planting a seed - the belief that knowledge changes destiny. Today, we take the next step.

I am proud to launch the Hon. Dominic Ayine Knowledge Beyond Borders Fellowship - an initiative designed to support brilliant students from our constituency to pursue graduate studies at leading institutions across the world. Reform does not begin in Parliament. It begins in the mind. It begins with exposure. It begins with knowledge.

Our constituency has talent. We have brilliance. What we sometimes lack is access. This Fellowship/Program bridges that gap. But let me be clear - this is not just a Fellowship/scholarship. It is a covenant.

Those who benefit from this program carry not only financial support, but a responsibility: to return, to mentor, to build, and to serve. We are building more than graduates. We are building thinkers. We are building reformers. We are building the future leadership of this constituency and our nation.

The library was the foundation. This Fellowship/Scholarship is the bridge. The transformation of our constituency will be the result.

— Thank you.
