Alumna & Beneficiary, Educational Support Initiative
I am Ruth Adukor, a proud daughter of Dominic Akurintinga Ayine, whose impact on my life and community is both profound and enduring.
I completed Senior High School in 2012, but due to financial challenges, I was unable to continue my education immediately. In 2014, Hon. Ayine came into my life at a critical moment and supported my admission to Gambaga College of Education, where I earned a Diploma in Basic Education. His support did not end there. With the same commitment and belief in my potential, he later assisted me to pursue and successfully complete my First Degree in Basic Education at the University of Cape Coast.
This account is only a brief summary of the countless ways Hon. Ayine has supported not just me, but my family and the wider Zuarungu community. His generosity, compassion, and dedication to education have transformed lives and created opportunities for many who would otherwise have been left behind. It is for this reason that I fondly refer to him as “the father of the fatherless.”
I remain deeply grateful to God for blessing my community with such a selfless and remarkable leader, and I will forever appreciate the role Hon. Dominic Akurintinga Ayine has played in shaping my journey and future.
